Corn husk people

M&B's elementary school has a farm on it (how cool is that?!) and Miss M collected some corn husks to bring home. As soon as we got in, she ran to get a big bowl of water to soak them in. Once they were nice & pliable she began folding, cutting and tying them up. It was only an hour or so later that she brought a couple over to show me.

She had made Sun Man, Moon Girl, Hippo Woman (photographed lying on her face, sorry M!), and Wilting Flower.
