I am positively BURSTING with excitement this morning! I've been quiet on this blog for such a long time because I've been working hard to help launch another fantastic site!
Today, the (awesome!) start-up I work for, Crowd Fusion, launched its second property: Super Eco (we've been in super-secret beta for a while now as we dusted & polished to get things just right for you). We've been hard at work, building a site dedicated to addressing environmental concerns and presenting environmental information in a way meant to help you reach your eco goals wherever wherever you happen to be in the process of exploring a more environmentally conscious life.
Just to give you a taste of the kind of content you can expect from this site, take a look at some of these great features:
- The Greening of the White House, which is also one of our feature topics.
- The Super Eco interview with Matthew Modine
- No green deed goes unpunished
- Shampoo comparator
and news posts:
- 10 things we don't know how to recycle
- Eating garbage: The Freegan life
- 3 ways to green your man
- 3 ways to green your woman
You'll also want to explore our people pages, like this one for our new President, Barack Obama (hooray!). If you add news/ to the end of that URL you can view all the Super Eco news stories that mention Barack Obama. Add rss/ to the end of this news page's URL and you can subscribe to an RSS feed of just the Super Eco news that is Barack Obama-related. A full list of all of Super Eco's feeds can be found here and we even have a how to telling you how to go about subscribing to our feeds.
Please follow Super Eco on Twitter (I'll be your personal tour guide over there!) or join the Super Eco Facebook group to let us know what you'd like to see in the future.
Finally, (really, I'm just about done) if you have a blog, or you tweet, or you hang out on Facebook, or -you-get-the-picture, please help us spread the word about this launch and shout our URL from the roof-tops. After you dig into our site, I know you are going to love it, too.
Congratulations Beth...Perfect Timing...New Year, New President, New Site...all changes for the better
Best
